Fitting of clear custom bleach trays fabricated from moulds taken of teeth.

Dentist explains the procedure to be followed at home with gel being placed in trays and worn for 30 minutes or until the desired effect is achieved. GC tooth mousse can be placed in the trays and worn to help with any sensitivity.

Follow up dentist appointment is made to check on the results and carry out an examination. It is important to note that using greater amounts of gel will not improve the results. Also, during the bleaching process the consumption of strongly colored food and drink should be avoided and fillings are left in place and changed afterwards.
